I composed all of this music while I was the Make Jazz Fellow, living in Santa Monica for three months in 2016, and spent the following year finishing production. This album combines a chamber jazz ensemble with Bulgarian women’s choir, and features the amazing Tzvetanka Varimezova, as well as many great friends and musicians.
